Bio

Lyn­d­say Murray-Kashoid, M.A., has worked as a mind body per­sonal trainer and group fit­ness instruc­tor in Europe, Asia and the United States. She has stud­ied var­i­ous forms of yoga, Pilates, dance, gym­nas­tics, Tai Chi, Ayurveda, Thai mas­sage, and other mind body dis­ci­plines exten­sively both here and abroad. Her explo­ration of dif­fer­ent move­ment sys­tems and heal­ing arts has lead her to appren­tice­ships and train­ings with some of our country’s most influ­en­tial and respected pro­fes­sion­als. Lyn­d­say is an ACE, AEA, and AFAA con­tin­u­ing edu­ca­tion provider for FG2000 and has pre­sented at var­i­ous fit­ness con­ven­tions across the coun­try. She now teaches yoga and Core Fusion® at exhale in addi­tion to facil­i­tat­ing the exhale Soul pro­gram here in Dal­las. She leads Hik­ing Yoga classes and orga­nizes out­door adven­tures and well­ness retreats.  Lyn­d­say believes in mak­ing fit­ness acces­si­ble to all and con­sis­tently strives to expand her knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence using move­ment as a medium for emo­tional health, ther­a­peu­tic exer­cises, phys­i­cal evo­lu­tion, and growth. When not teach­ing, Lyn­d­say is very involved in world relief efforts. She is co-creator of Yo-Global, a pro­gram designed to inspire health, well­ness, pos­i­tive change, and accep­tance for self and oth­ers free of charge.
